My starts of Solomon’s Seal came from my mother’s garden long ago.  Here it grows in the shade of a pine.  The first image below (17 of 365) was taken this morning.

A lovely, shade-loving, wild thing.

    I planted Solomon’s Seal in our shade garden one year, but it quickly became covered with something that looked like rust. Yours looks nice and healthy.

      Thanks Laurie! Try this plant in a variety of shade/sunlight spots in your garden — and with a variety of moisture in the soil. It thrives with my Hosta and Lily of the Valley. Success to you! :}
