My back-yard spruce during the ice storm

I haven’t forgotten this blog, just too far under the weather (both me and the computer) to keep it up and running.  Things are improving now, so it seems we should at least join the on-going conversation  regarding the weather.

Yes, that's a squirrel, upper right in photo... They scamper around, apparently not effected at all by the icy branches.

I wanted to get lots more photos, but it was just too slippery out there.  My daughter, Mary, went out, fell on the ice and proceeded to take photos from there.  Like this one of her Border Collie, Penny.  For more of her farm pics, go to Mary Gregg-Murphy on Facebook.

See Penny's reflection on the icy snow?

Warm breeze for the last couple of days, taking the snow/ice off rapidly.  Thankfully, there’s been amazingly little tree damage hereabouts.  What’s happening at your place?
